Performance customer "Marc Bernard" that has decided to go big turbo.
His car is a 2008 United Grey VW R32 with 22k miles. We started this project last week so stay tuned for updates. Below

Last week we made a lot of progress on this build. We have installed the head spacer along with the raceware head studs along with bolting up the turbo manifold, wastegate, and the turbo to the head. Also we go the downpipe installed and the front mount intercooler bolted up. Enjoy!
Update 3-31-10 Well yesterday we got the heat shield all cut up and fit to the turbo setup along with getting the secondary air injection all straightened out. Also we finally got the intake manifold bolted back up and all of the vacuum lines reattached.

Update 4-4-10 Well this weekend we got the rest of the piping installed along with the DV. Also we replaced a lot of the vacuum lines around the turbo with new silicone lines including the brake booster line. Now we are just waiting for the ecu so we can fire this beast up!
