Update: 12-28-2010 We finally have the car back in the shop and it is time for the turbo build to begin. In the last 3 days we have pulled the head, installed the head spacer, and installed the turbo manifold and turbo. Also we have begun the process of reinstalling the intake manifold and re-routing all of the lines.

Also we opened up the coolant ports in the rear with using a Euro spec head gasket and machining a spacer to match the euro spec.

Update: 12-28-2010 I was trying not to drag this build out with 5 pages of pictures over a
month of updates so I decided to do it all in 2 updates. On Saturday the
car was delivered to Kevin Hall. His reaction was priceless!! First off
I am not 100% sure but I do not think he had ever been in a really fast
car or he really didn't expect the power to be so great. When he
arrived at the shop I showed him the car with the new turbo setup and
the new front end which included a badgeless grille, a resprayed
extended somewhat boser style hood, and a new bumper. He was very
excited so I explained to him that I would first take the car out for a
drive with him in the passenger seat and I would get on it so he could
feel the power and so that I could explain some other things to him. The
second the turbo kicked in he was blown away. I wish I would have
recorded his facial expressions. He was visibly shaken with excitement
and some fear I am guessing. Overall this car performs amazing and I am
really excited about it. Everything again fit in perfect and we were
able to retain a lot of the stock hoses and parts so that we didn't have
to replace everything. The car is running around 11-12psi right now and
will eventually tuned up to around 17psi once the fuel pump is
upgraded. Also we need to install the grille inserts to cover up the IC.
Enjoy!
