During this challenging time, our main priority is not only keeping you safe, but also ensuring the safety of our team members. To help minimize unnecessary contact, we will be implementing some new, helpful procedures.
We are still open and running normal business hours. If you are feeling healthy, please plan on dropping your vehicle off for your scheduled appointment. We ask that you maintain a 6 foot distance from employees and other customers. We are no longer allowed to have you wait in our lounge or inside our shop. You are able to wait outside, as long as you maintain safe distances from others, but we can’t promise the weather will cooperate.
Starting Monday, April 6th, Bluewater Performance will offer optional courtesy Pick-up and Drop-off services to all customers within a 15 mile radius of our location. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know and we will coordinate the specifics with you.
Here are some general details about our pick-up and drop-off services.
1) First and foremost, if you are feeling sick, PLEASE call and cancel your appointment.
2) Pick-ups will happen the morning of your appointment, unless prior arrangements have been made.
3) Vehicle keys will need to be left in or near your vehicle, such as inside a mailbox. Specifics will be discussed prior to your scheduled appointment.
4) Make sure your car is cleaned, it helps us out a lot. We will sanitize your keys and interior of your vehicle on pick-up and drop-off as well. This also happens for vehicles dropped off at our location. Our technicians wear gloves while working on your vehicle, to help minimize any additional contamination.
5) Drop-offs will happen after the services have been paid for and will generally happen in the afternoon/evening, by 5pm. We will do our best, but can’t promise same day returns.
Right now, most people can get by without their vehicles. Will this last forever? Hopefully not. Perhaps now is the best time to get your car in for that maintenance repair you’ve been putting off. Our Pick-up and Drop-off service makes that choice even easier.
