To Our Valued Customers –
We care deeply about you, and your safety during these uncertain times. We want to make things easy, hassle free AND as hands free as possible. We have multiple options to help keep you and your loved ones safe (above and beyond the obvious things like additional cleaning and sanitizing).
Even if we are open, feel free to just drop your keys in our drop box (just to the left of our big blue garage door). Give us a wave through the front door, and we can get all the required info via email or a quick phone call. If dropping off before/after hours, please try to leave some info so we can get you checked in properly.
Payment Over the Phone!
We are more than willing to run credit card or Bosch card payments over the phone. Just give us a call and we will take care of the rest. If you are paying by cash, let us know and we can work it out. Sorry, we still don’t accept personal checks.
Digital Estimates & Invoices!
If you have an inspection appointment and don’t feel comfortable waiting, don’t! Our work orders and invoices are all digital. This means that we can look at your car, type up notes, and add photos or videos showing exactly what is wrong with your car. This work order can be text or emailed to you. Then you can approve or deny the recommended services to fix those items. All while in the comfort of your home.
Touch Free Pick Up!
If you prefer, we can leave your keys in a location discussed with you prior to your arrival.
Don’t Feel Good? Stay Home!
Give us a call and let us know. While we would love to see you, the best thing that we can all do is limit our exposure to the outside world. We will do our best to get you rescheduled to next available appointment spot.
Our plan to stay open for the time being. If anything changes, we will make sure to notify you all.
